Google’s passion for performance extends well beyond technology to management systems and leadership development.

Google was among the first corporations to identify coaching as a source of performance optimization, not just with c-suite officers, but as the preferred management style throughout the organization.

In ground-breaking research entitled “Project Oxygen” (click here to view the article) Google found that its most effective and productive managers naturally adopted a coaching style. Google engaged the leader in executive coaching, CTI (where I received my coaching training), to coach its top managers and teach them to coach their own teams. The results speak for themselves.
